In 2010 BIANT Ltd started to participate in the construction of the National Library of Latvia. The company signed a contract for installation of interior water supply and sewage networks, and, in collaboration with the general partnership HVAC Engineers’ Association, also for installation of ventilation and air conditioning systems.
One of the main tasks of the national library building is to preserve the cultural heritage of Latvia, and it effortlessly combines external stability and durability of reinforced concrete with internal spaciousness basking in light.
In 2014, the company BIANT won the tender for the construction of ventilation and heat recovery systems in the new building of the Academic Center for Natural Sciences of the University of Latvia.
The seven-storey building of the Center has housed the faculties of Biology, Geography and Earth Science, Chemistry, Medicine as well as the Department of Optometry and Vision Science department of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics.See all projects
A new class A office centre “Alojas Biznesa Centrs” where NORDEA BANK headquarters are located has been opened in July 2009.
The aim of the project’s developer was to create functional and comfortable environment for the tenants of the office centre. By implementing unique technical solutions the team of architects and contractors has created environmentally-friendly building with low energy consumption.

In 2012, the company BIANT won an international tender and concluded a contract with the Finnish company FORTUM for the construction of engineering systems for the complex of bio-cogeneration plant in Jelgava, including the comfort air-conditioning systems, heating and ventilation systems for the office block, precision systems for the power plants, general ventilation, heating and heating units, water supply and sewerage systems, technological blocks, as well as sprinkler fire-extinguishing, automation and HVAC remote control system.
